چکیده
Introduction: Sarcoidosis is a granulomatous systemic disease. Renal damage rare but it can evolve to chronic renal failure (CRF). The aim of our work describe the clinical, paraclinical, histological and evolutionary profile involvement during sarcoidosis identify progression factors leading CRF. Materials Methods: This retrospective descriptive study from January 2009 December 2022. We collected medical records patients with involvement. To CRF we identified two groups patients: group normal function that developed Results: included in 17 sarcoidosis. Their mean age was 45 ± 14.7 years sex ratio 0.4. revealing 76% cases. diagnosed 88% patients. Proteinuria positive 76.5% cases, leukocyturia 59% hematuria 41% biopsy performed 15 showing tubulointerstitial nephropathy all biopsies. Epithelioid gigan-to-cellular granuloma without caseous necrosis found 46% Associated glomerular such as segmental focal hyalinosis 2 Corticosteroid therapy initiated for median duration months. Normalization achieved patients, while 59%, i.e. 10 retained CRF, including who were on dialysis. showed statistically significant relationship between evolution towards presence interstitial fibrosis > 25%. Conclusion: Despite its rarity, be sarcoidosis, which condition prognosis lead Its detection allows an early diagnosis treatment.

Renal Involvement in Sarcoidosis
Sarcoidosis is a clinicopathologic syndrome resulting from dispersed organ involvement by a noncaseating granulomatous process of unknown cause. The clinical manifestations of sarcoidosis are protean, depending on the affected organs; however, the principal targets of sarcoidosis are the lungs and thoracic lymph nodes, which almost always are involved. As a rule, it is a disease of insidious on...

Nine of ninety patients with sarcoidosis were found to have significant renal impairment. Epithelioid granulomata were present in five of eight patients who had renal biopsies and glomerular lesions were present in six. There was close correlation between hypercalcaemia, hyperuricaemia, nephrocalcinosis and creatinine clearance. In one patient, renal sarcoidosis complicated membrano-proliferati...

Sarcoidosis is a multisystem inflammatory disorder of unknown cause. It most commonly affects the pulmonary system but can also affect the musculoskeletal system, albeit less frequently. In patients with sarcoidosis, rheumatic involvement is polymorphic. It can be the presenting symptom of the disease or can appear during its progression. Articular involvement is dominated by nonspecific arthra...

Sarcoidosis is a chronic multisystemic granulomatous disorder thought to result from an exaggerated cellular immune response to a variety of self antigens or non-self antigens. The aetiology of sarcoidosis is unknown, which might be in part related to the diverse manifestations of the disease and the absence of approved diagnostic criteria. Although specific inhalation antigens have been put fo...
متن کاملCardiac involvement in sarcoidosis
Sarcoidosis is a systemic disease of unknown aetiology characterised by the formation of noncaseating epitheloid cell granulomas, which can occur in virtually any organ. Cardiac involvement is of critical importance, due to the poor prognosis if this organ manifestation is left undiagnosed and untreated. Early initiation of therapy seems to be associated with a good prognosis; therefore, the di...
